ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Each order at Lifted Hope is made with care by Savanah's hands. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. We appreciate your patience — good things take a little time.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no codes needed — free shipping, always.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we ship within the United States only.
Q: My tracking says delivered but I never received my package. What do I do?
A: We are so sorry this happened — that is so frustrating! Occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered a day or two early or they are left with a neighbor by mistake. We ask that you wait 2 days from the delivery date to allow for this. If your package has not arrived after 2 days please email us at hello@liftedhopeforsavanah.com and we will make it right for you.
SIZING & PRODUCT
Q: What material are your shirts made from?
A: Our shirts are made from soft, preshrunk ring-spun cotton for a comfortable, lasting fit. Here's the full breakdown by color:
Most colors: 4.5 oz., 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton
Sport Grey and Antique Heliconia: 90% soft cotton, 10% polyester
Heather colors (including Dark Heather and Heather Galapagos Blue): 35% soft cotton, 65% polyester
Our Softstyle unisex t-shirt is a soft, lightweight, comfortable fit. In our experience this shirt fits true to size. We recommend ordering your normal size. If you are between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, stay with your usual size. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.
Q: How do I care for my shirt?
A: To keep your shirt looking its best for years to come, please follow these care instructions: wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and do not iron directly on the design. With proper care your transfer will stay vibrant and beautiful wash after wash.
Q: Will the design crack or peel over time?
A: Our shirts are printed using DTF (direct to film) transfer technology, which produces a soft, durable, high-quality print. When cared for properly — washed inside out in cold water and dried on low heat — your design will hold up beautifully through many washes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is a problem with your order — a defect, a printing issue, or damage — please email us at hello@liftedhopeforsavanah.com within 30 days of placing your order and we will make it right. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: We are happy to help with size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items. Simply email us at hello@liftedhopeforsavanah.com within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges. Once we receive your item we will ship your new size right out to you.

A: Lifted Hope is a mother-daughter business built on faith, hope, and love. I'm Tonya, and this shop exists because of my daughter Savanah. Savanah helps press every shirt, pack every order, and pour her heart into everything we send out.
